I was extremely busy with my office project, working on every detail so that I could submit it on time. To know the number of days I had in hand for the same, I hit on the date and time section of my laptop. As I was going through the days available, the day after tomorrow caught my attention. Boy! It was my parents’ wedding anniversary. I wondered what to do special this year as I had just a day in hand. My friends advised me to book a table for them in a good restaurant as their wedding anniversary surprise. The idea clicked me and as I searched for the same, I chanced upon ‘Tiger Trail ‘one of the exotic restaurants in Pune. Exploring more about it, I learnt that it is housed in Royal Orchid, which is one of the best hotels in Pune. Quickly, I reserved a table for two.

The big day arrived and I drove my parents to the venue for a romantic anniversary date. What made me choose this one among other restaurants in Pune is the fact that it is among India's first teppanyaki style restaurants. And I wanted my parents to enjoy this redefined dining with Japanese grilled cuisine. To my pleasure, they loved the experience. My dad specially liked the restaurants déecor that is as per hunting lodges of yore and Mum was happy with the cheery ambience and efficient service. Now Royal Orchid is added to my list of hotels in Pune, which I would recommend others for mouth-watering treats.
